Terms of Use

The service

TidyHire is in early access. Saving and tracking jobs is free; AI features use credits (see “Credits, cancellation and refunds”). The service is provided as is, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you save and must have the right to save it. You keep ownership of your content; we only use it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI summaries

Summaries, tech stacks and suggested questions are generated automatically from the job posting and may be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or automate mass requests. Saving jobs is free. AI features use credits: each account gets 50 free credits when it signs up, and more can be bought. Credits used aren't returned when a job is deleted. Prices and credit costs may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Credits, cancellation and refunds

Credits are bought in one-time packages, with no subscription, and paid through Grow (Meshulam). Purchased credits don't expire.

You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it. Cancelling refunds the share of the price that matches that purchase's unused credits: price × unused credits ÷ credits in the package, rounded down to the agora. Credits already used aren't refunded, and free credits (the ones given on sign-up) can't be refunded. There is no cancellation fee.

Credits are used in this order: free credits first, then purchased credits from the oldest purchase to the newest, so your latest purchase stays cancellable for as long as possible.

To cancel, use “Purchases” in Settings, or write to idan.barz@gmail.com. The refund goes back to the card you paid with; when it shows up depends on your card company. After 14 days a purchase can't be cancelled, but its credits stay in your account.

Deleting your account deletes its unused purchased credits too, so ask for any refund you're entitled to before deleting it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TidyHire is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the service, including job-search outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
